Water Tanks

Since the Tsunami hit the shores of places like Thailand there has been a boom in the demand for fresh water tanks. Water tanks manufacturing process has evolved over the years and like most markets the demand for improvements in the manufacturing process are required.
Piercing rivets or self piercing rivets has revolutionised the watertanks manufacturing process and has slashed cycle times. The tanks can now be manufactured in a fraction of the time that they used to take. The watertank manufacturing process also requires fewer people to assemble the tanks.
Grain Silos

These silos were first joined with HSPR in the early 1990’s, since then grain silo manufacturing has started to switch to the self pierce riveting process. The grain silo market is now starting to expand across Asia, we expect by 2010 that 90% of all grain silo manufacturing will be done with HSPR.
